Parmesan Crisp

Easiest thing in the world to make.  Toss shredded parmesan with a little salt.  Spoon them into a circle.  Bake in the oven 8 minutes 350 degrees until they're just brown.  Remove from oven and cool.  They become a crisp round.  Stack the disk on a steak.  The perfect surprise for a steak diner.
